garlic panko breadcrumbs

Ingredients
panko breadcrumbs
2 garlic cloves, grated
EVOO - a lot
salt&pep
Step by Step
Heat a generous amount of olive oil over medium heat.
Add your panko and grated garlic and stir to evenly coat in the olive oil.
This will take some time, monitor the breadcrumbs frequently to make sure they are not burning. Flip them frequently, until just golden brown. Continue adding olive oil as the breadcrumbs absorb it.
Season with salt and pep.
